Warrior Padded Youth Football Camp Who: Athletes entering grades 3 - 8 in the fall When: Monday - Thursday, June 18 - 21 from 4:00 - 7:00pm Where: Littleton Public Schools Stadium Cost: $100
This fully-padded, contact football camp aims to teach both fundamental and advanced tackle football skills in an energetic environment! Multiple coaches from Arapahoe's staff will take a very enthusiastic and relational approach to teaching the same drills and skills that have resulted in unmatched on-field success over the past decade for this staff in Colorado. Emphasizing blocking and tackling every day, we will focus on safe and fun methods to teach young people how to pursue excellence in playing the greatest game in the world! The camp will focus on a fast tempo and an advanced drill progression. For new players, this is the perfect opportunity to begin developing a love for the game while learning safe fundamentals. For more experienced players there will be an element of practice tempo and focused instruction that is intended to begin preparing players for football at the HS level. Additionally, we will focus on the Core Values of Arapahoe Football as we strive for our players to be champions both on and off the field. Finally, we will care about each player at camp - every camper will have at least one Arapahoe coach or player who knows him by name, and we will build intentional time into camp for our players to invest in relationships with campers.
