  Taylor Sheridan- Sports Performance Specialist

Elite Speed's Cheerleading Performance Training Programs use strength, plyometrics, mobility, and biomechanical correction parameters to improve vertical jump and explosiveness, for all of our athletes. Our cheerleaders are analyzed and resorted to proper biomechanical balance. Once structural balance is established, we use multi-joint exercises that generate the greatest development in power through the correct muscles. Finally, we develop cheer specific improvement with respect to drill and movement based situations, to ensure a high transference rate to each cheerleader's individual mechanics.

Our goal is to provide our athletes with professional quality performance coaching normally available to only the highest level athletes. We ensure mobility, explosiveness, and foot speed improvement. We provide traceable results on the sideline and the competition mat.

Above all, we focus on the development of each athletes character, confidence, and mental strength. Changing a cheerleaders physical dynamics is relatively straightforward; when we can change the way they approach their craft, the ramifications are enormous!
