During this time of quarantine, the football staff is creating workouts for athletes to do at home while obeying social distancing guidelines. Committed athletes can complete these workouts as scheduled, four days per week, to develop their strength, speed, agility, and explosiveness. 

Players can also check Hudl as offensive and defensive installs are being added each week.
