The First Day of XC Practice is Monday August 13th!!!

Hey XC Runners,

It's hard to believe it's mid-July and in one month the 2018 cross country will begin. Please take a moment to look at the list of meets and list of events for the season so you can start planning out your fall calendar. You can access these lists for a short while from the link below... and always from the navigation pane on the left by clicking "Meet & Event Info".

Fall Season Important Early Dates

  • 7/30/18 - Online Sports Registration Opens 
  • 8/4/18 - Affordable physicals available from 8am to noon at Heritage High School
  • 8/13/18 - First Day of XC Practice... meet by 3:50pm on the hill up against the pool building near the south end of the track
  • 8/15/18 - Parent Meeting in the Forum... arrive at 5:30 to pay booster fees or purchase spirit wear, meeting begins at 6pm

Athletic/Booster Club Registration and Fee Payment (opens on 7/30/18)

Step 1 - Click Here to:
  • Register your athlete with Arapahoe High School as a Cross Country Athlete,
  • Provide athlete/parent contact information for the school and Cross Country Booster Club,
  • Pay the mandatory fall athletic fee to Arapahoe High School (this is a separate fee from the Booster Club Fee).

2018 Booster Fees:

  • $150 for one XC athlete in household
  • $225 for two XC athletes in same household (sibling discount)
  • $275 for three XC athletes in same household (sibling discount)

What do the XC Booster Fees Cover?

  • Two coaches for the entire season - we pay for extra coaches for athlete safety.

  • Booster gift for all athletes

  • Team feed pizzas for athletes and coaches

  • End of season banquet meals for all athletes and coaches

  • Season racing singlet (if one is needed)

  • Sandwiches for families and coaches at the annual Family Picnic 

  • Banquet expenses including senior gifts, special recognition awards, coaches thank you item

  • Frugal dinner for athletes who qualify for state championships

  • AHSXC gear for coaches

  • And more

How Can I Reduce My Booster Fees for Next Season?
